So... I made synful SW fail Lamb Koftas. As always, life is hard and so is succesful food shopping. Who knew you could get reduced fat Lamb mince? Ffs 🙈 Anyway, SW recipe says 5 syns per portion (4 balls). I'd say 1000003 syns per portion when you follow my simple recipe. 500g mince Breadcrumbs (out of date - oops) Lots of spice - Used Moroccan Seasoning Salt & Pepper 1 onion (chopped) 5 garlic cloves (Chopped) yes, I really like garlic. Prep: Oven at 200° or 180 if fan assisted Mix everything in a bowl Roll about 16 or 17 balls Roll them in breadcrumbs Place them on baking tray Cook for 20mins or 30min if you like them overcooked Violà! I would have shared an artistic pic of what they looked like once they were out of the oven... but already ate them all up. 😁 Soz With love, 💘 CookieLove
I didn't mention this before, but I'm on Slimming world. It's been month and a half or two month? Who knows... Not counting. It may be my unbelievable inability to cook or even put elements together (in this case) but I've come to notice a pattern. Overnight Oats Behold, my breakfast.
