Synful Lamb Koftas

So... I made synful SW fail Lamb Koftas.  As always, life is hard and so is succesful food shopping. Who knew you could get reduced fat Lamb mince? Ffs 🙈 Anyway, SW recipe says 5 syns per portion (4 balls).  I'd say 1000003 syns per portion when you follow my simple recipe.  500g mince Breadcrumbs (out of date - oops) Lots of spice - Used Moroccan Seasoning Salt & Pepper 1 onion (chopped) 5 garlic cloves (Chopped) yes, I really like garlic.  Prep: Oven at 200° or 180 if fan assisted  Mix everything in a bowl  Roll about 16 or 17 balls Roll them in breadcrumbs Place them on baking tray Cook for 20mins or 30min if you like them overcooked  Violà! I would have shared an artistic pic of what they looked like once they were out of the oven... but already ate them all up. 😁 Soz With love, 💘 CookieLove

SW Horror series

I didn't mention this before, but I'm on Slimming world. It's been month and a half or two month? Who knows... Not counting.  It may be my unbelievable inability to cook or even put elements together (in this case) but I've come to notice a pattern.  Overnight Oats Behold, my breakfast. The ever so (not) complicated mix of breakfasty elements such as fruit, oats and yogurt...  Fail. Hope it tastes nice. With love, Cookielove

New book day

Reading Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon. So far so good. 👌

Fast forward seven years... Whoooooosh!

So, I'm back I guess. Older, wiser and less humorous. I'm joking - about the less humorous part. :) Have given my blog a facelift to be more "with the times" and will share what I'm up to with no filters. This will not be your usual lifestyle blog... More like an anti lifestyle blog where I don't give two fluffs about filters, fakeness and stuff like that... I will not clean my kitchen counter before I shoot a picture or do my bed to show my workspace. Too much? Let me know in the comments. I want to show how things really are for me, a filterless lifestyle for you all ❤ With love, Cookiefluff   Ps. I made baked oats today. It was devastatingly disgusting. *See not-so-aesthetically-pleasing picture. Oh how pretty... but then you bite into it and....  It's like a really bad horror movie :'(

I know...it's been a while...

I've been busy (well, busiER) Started a Nail Technician course with Essential Nails ! I love it, the nail art courses are great! Fun and the fab part about it is at the end of the course after submitting your nails, you get assessed and if you did a great job you get a certificate (fully recognized by BGT)! It's not one of those silly online schools where all you do is answer multiple question sheets and submit paperwork, with EN it's all practical! Practice, practice, practice!!!! The designs aren't easy but not impossible either... they make you sweat! But it's really rewarding when you get it perfect! :) Here are some of my first attempts!!! I'm doing the Acrylic Art Master course (Kirsty Meakin) I bought the course about a week ago and got a 50£ voucher along with it, to spend on the website, so I'm making a list of extra materials I want, or maybe even save it towards my next course, I will see. :) Ok, so that's what I'm on at the moment, I will

A big thanks to...
